PVP Tournament

The Shades of Grey PVP Tournament is a chance for members of the alliance to share a little friendly competition with one another, to shed a little blood, and to earn a few prizes. Organized by User:Spudnik, the event had the following rules:

Rules

1. No CP potion spam, no elixirs.
2. Each fight will take place on a grade scale. D graders will fight D graders, C fights C, etc etc.
3. A match will be 1 on 1 no outside help or influence. shots are allowed, contenders are encouraged to be as powerful as they can. matches between players with more than 5 level difference (i.e. level 30 fighting a level 24) will incur a buff penalty as follows: the lower level player may receive 1 buff for every level difference possessed (discounting self buffs). i.e. the level 24 will be allowed 6 buffs of their choice to counter the SELF BUFFS of the level 30, as only self buffs will be allowed for the level 30. if the class possesses no self buffs, two buffs of any kind will be allowed on the level 30.
   1. Equal level fights will allow any buffs. level 30 vs level 30, for example, will both have the SAME NUMBER of buffs, class notwithstanding.
   2. Any EQUAL LEVEL match of melee vs nuker, the melee will receive Magic barrier.
4. Matches will take place in the Gludin arena, so no exp loss will develop.
5. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each grade range.
6. Matches will last no longer than 5 minutes.
7. Anyone desiring a rematch or if a false start occurs (forgot shots, etc), they will queue at the end of each grade's matches.
